Storkville Newborn Care is Andrea Williams’s website for learning about overnight newborn care, discussing your family’s dates, arranging a call and sharing your experience. Here is what to expect when you use it.
Asking about care and booking a call
Sending the contact form starts a conversation; it does not reserve overnight care. If you request a consultation time through that form, wait for Andrea to confirm it. If you use the direct call-booking page, your call is reserved when the page shows a successful booking with your chosen time. A reserved call is not a confirmed care booking.
Consultation times are shown in New York time. If you need to change a call, contact Andrea at andrea@storkvillenewborncare.com or 646-450-9186.
Availability, rates and your care arrangement
The care calendar and booking notices show the availability Andrea has chosen to publish. They are separate from her consultation calendar. An open call time does not mean the nights you need are available, and an unlisted date is not a promise of availability.
You and Andrea will agree on your care dates, nights and hours before the care booking is confirmed. See Services for the current overnight options and rates, and the FAQs for payment methods, deposits and cancellation or rescheduling information. Your service agreement sets out the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your arrangement. This page does not add fees or change those terms.
Sharing an honest review
Please write about your own experience with Andrea. Reviews are checked before publication, and Andrea may publish a reply. Moderation is not a request for positive feedback: an honest critical review is welcome, too. Please leave out private information about anyone else.
The review form asks for permission to publish your review, first name, service month-and-year range, selected neighborhood and selected tags. With that permission, your review may appear on the reviews page, in featured sections or on a relevant neighborhood page. Your email address and phone number are not published.
If you would like a website review corrected or removed, email Andrea. Permission to publish it here does not give permission to use your name, photograph or testimonial in a paid advertisement; Andrea will arrange any additional permission with you separately.
Leaving a review here does not submit it to Google. The Google review link takes you to Google, where you choose whether to sign in and share your feedback. Reviews you leave there are handled through Google’s own service.
Messages, privacy and advertising choices
Your inquiry or call booking lets Andrea respond and communicate with you about the appointment or care you have asked about. It does not sign you up for promotional emails or texts. Any future promotional signup will have its own choice.
The Privacy policy explains the information this site uses, its measurement tools and its planned advertising on Google, Instagram and Facebook. Use Privacy choices to understand or change the optional tracking you allow. You can use the site and its forms without allowing optional analytics or advertising. Clicking an advertisement is not permission for those optional uses.
Baby Connect and other outside services
Andrea uses Baby Connect separately to share care logs with parents. Download Baby Connect and create your parent login. Andrea will send an invitation for you to accept by phone or in person.
Baby Connect, Google reviews and other linked services have their own accounts, settings and policies. Creating an account on one of those services is separate from sending a form on this website.
