Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Storkville Newborn Care uses information collected through storkvillenewborncare.com. For a privacy question or a request about your information, email Andrea Williams at andrea@storkvillenewborncare.com.

It covers inquiries, consultations, reviews, website measurement and Storkville’s planned advertising on Google, Instagram and Facebook. Optional advertising tools are not active simply because they are described here. The privacy controls identify which optional uses are available, and you can decline them without losing access to the site or its forms.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, requested care dates, service choices and a message. Depending on what you choose to share, it can also include your baby’s due or birth date, your neighborhood, the number of babies, preferred nights, who referred you and a requested consultation time.

If you book a consultation directly, the booking form asks for your name, email, phone number and chosen call time. These details are used to reserve your call, send booking confirmations and contact you about the appointment.

Andrea uses these details to answer your questions, discuss availability and arrange consultations or care. Inquiry details and private booking notes are kept in the site’s restricted management area, accessible to Andrea and authorized site administrators; they are not displayed on the public availability calendar. The public calendar shows time and availability, not a family’s name or contact information.

Please share only the family information needed for your inquiry. The website is intended for parents and other adults, but the details you provide may include information about your baby or other children. The contact and review forms do not ask for card numbers or bank-account details.

When you leave a review

The review form collects your name, email, review, service month-and-year range, and any optional phone number, neighborhood or tags you include. Your email and phone number are kept private so Andrea can identify or follow up on the submission.

New reviews go to Andrea for moderation before publication. The form asks for permission to publish your review, first name, service dates, selected neighborhood and tags. Published reviews may appear on the main reviews page, in featured sections or on a relevant neighborhood page. Andrea may also publish a reply.

If you would like a published review changed or removed, contact Andrea using the email above. Leaving a website review does not post anything to Google. If you follow the Google review link, you choose what to submit there under Google’s own privacy settings and policies.

Permission to publish a review on this website is separate from permission to use your name, photograph or testimonial in a paid advertisement. Andrea will arrange any additional permission with you before that use.

Understanding how the website is used

You can use the website and submit a form without allowing optional analytics or advertising. Use Privacy choices to select available purposes or reject optional tracking. Essential functions, such as secure sign-in and submitting a booking request, do not depend on accepting analytics or advertising.

With your permission, the site loads two measurement services:

The site’s analytics events use action names and broad field groups—not the names, emails, phone numbers, dates or messages typed into a form. Forms are configured to be masked in Clarity’s replays. These services can still receive technical information and browser or session identifiers; masking does not make the entire visit anonymous. Read more about Google’s use of information from partner sites and Microsoft Clarity’s data collection.

The current site configuration keeps advertising storage and personalization turned off. Allowing analytics is not permission to use advertising cookies, match your contact details for advertising or personalize advertisements.

Clarity is also connected to Storkville’s Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts for combined website and campaign reporting.

If you later decline optional analytics and your browser saves the change, optional analytics will not load on subsequent pages. If the site says it could not save your choice, use your browser’s controls to clear this site’s saved data. Withdrawing permission does not erase information already collected by the providers or necessarily remove every previously set cookie.

Paid search, social advertising and your choices

Storkville plans to advertise available newborn-care support through Google Ads, including paid search and potentially other Google placements, and through Instagram and Facebook, which are operated by Meta. An advertisement or review invitation may include a campaign label so Andrea can understand which message brought an inquiry. Following a link is not agreement to optional tracking or marketing messages.

Advertising measurement helps connect an ad interaction with an inquiry, a consultation booking or a later confirmed care booking. When the relevant tools are enabled and you allow this purpose, Google or Meta may receive an event name, event time, an event reference used to avoid duplicate counts, a public page or campaign reference, a conversion value where applicable, and browser, device, network or advertising identifiers. Advertising cookies, pixels or similar technologies may store or read identifiers to link those actions. This is different from the basic campaign labels attached to a form submission.

Personalized advertising, also called remarketing or retargeting, can help Storkville show an advertisement again to someone who previously visited the site. When enabled and allowed, Google or Meta may combine information about website activity with their own cookies, identifiers, account information or activity across other websites and apps to select and measure advertisements. First-party identifiers from this website and third-party advertising identifiers may be used together. This purpose is separate from analytics and advertising measurement; you do not have to accept it to contact Andrea.

Matching a later booking to an advertisement may use an ad-click identifier or, if separately enabled and specifically explained when your details are collected, a coded version of your email address or phone number. Services such as Google’s enhanced conversions or Meta’s matching and server-side conversion tools can compare those coded details with information they already hold. Coding, often called hashing, does not make contact details anonymous. Contact-detail matching, customer-list audiences and server-side advertising transfers are not currently enabled; ordinary form submission or analytics consent does not authorize them.

The planned advertising setup excludes care notes, messages, review text, children’s names, due or birth dates and health-related information from advertising payloads and customer matching, including information conveyed through page addresses, event names or audience labels. Those details are used to discuss or provide care, not to build advertising audiences. Any audience use must also meet the advertising platform’s restrictions; a privacy choice does not override those restrictions.

Before a new advertising purpose becomes active, the relevant privacy choice will be available and the site will request permission for that purpose. Earlier analytics permission will not be treated as permission for newly activated advertising. You can return to Privacy choices to decline or withdraw an available optional use. Refusing personalized advertising does not stop all advertisements; you may still see ads based on a search, general location or the context of a page.

You can also manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center, Meta Ad Preferences and participating companies through YourAdChoices. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These outside controls apply according to the provider’s settings and may be specific to an account, browser or device. Read Google’s advertising privacy information and Meta’s Privacy Policy for their own uses and controls.

Messages and review invitations

Andrea uses the contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry and communicate about consultations or care. She may also contact former clients to ask for honest feedback. If you do not want further review invitations, tell Andrea using the contact details above. Booking a call, submitting a review or allowing website cookies does not sign you up for promotional email or text campaigns. Any future promotional signup will explain the messages and provide its own choice and a way to stop them.

Cookies and saved preferences

The site remembers your choice in this browser while its saved preferences remain available. Saying no keeps optional analytics off without another automatic request for the same purposes. Permission to use optional analytics lasts up to 180 days; on your next visit after it expires, those tools stay off unless you choose to allow them again in Privacy choices. Clearing site data or using a different browser may mean we cannot recognize your earlier choice. Essential storage also supports secure administrator sign-in and short-lived form recovery or submission confirmation. A form-recovery cookie contains a random reference, not your form answers; the corresponding temporary server draft is set to expire after 15 minutes.

The consultation booking page uses an essential cookie with a random reference, set to expire after two hours. It helps prevent duplicate or unauthorized submissions and shows the confirmation to the browser that made the booking. Temporary confirmation details or form answers needed to correct an error are held on the server with a 15-minute expiry; saved appointment records are kept separately.

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics and Clarity may use cookies or similar identifiers. The site can also remember approved campaign labels and your entry page for up to 30 minutes within the browser session. A form submission may include basic source, campaign or entry-page information even if you decline optional analytics. This helps Andrea understand which inquiry or review invitation brought you to the form; it does not add your form answers to analytics events.

Services that help run Storkville

The website and its private records are hosted with Hostinger and managed through WordPress. Google Workspace supports business email, and Google Calendar supports scheduling. Administrator Google sign-in is for the site’s authorized managers, not public customer registration. The site also uses security and anti-spam controls to limit abusive submissions.

The forms’ anti-spam checks use submission timing, counters and a coded value derived from your IP address. Direct consultation booking also uses a coded value derived from your email address to limit repeated bookings. These checks are separate from optional visitor analytics.

These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy information is available from Hostinger, Google and Microsoft. Links to Google reviews, Baby Connect or other outside services take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Baby Connect is used separately to share care information with you. You create your own account and arrange an invitation with Andrea by phone or in person; its app and privacy settings are separate from this website. Information handled by service providers may be processed in countries other than where you live, according to their services and applicable safeguards.

Keeping and requesting your information

Inquiries, reviews and booking records are stored in Storkville’s management system. There is not currently a fixed automatic deletion schedule for these business records. Email, calendar records and backups are held separately from the website’s active records.

You can email Andrea to ask about the information Storkville holds about you, request a correction or request removal. Please include enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry or review, without sending extra sensitive information. A request about a Google review or another outside service may also need to be made directly to that provider.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to access or receive a copy of your information, correct or delete it, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Andrea may need to confirm your identity before responding. Some records may need to be kept to complete a service, meet a legal requirement or address a dispute. Removing an active website record does not instantly erase separately held email, calendar records or backups.

This notice will be updated when the website’s data uses change. A materially different optional use will not be activated on the strength of an older analytics choice.
