She is the perfect mix of caring and nurturing on the one hand, and capable and responsible on the other. She is SO great with babies, always offered tips in a non-judgmental and supportive way, helped us learn the ropes and stay organized, handed me all the snacks / silverettes / ice packs / you name it during late night pumping/feeding sessions, and was just all around a gem to have around!
